Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
Kath Tonkinson Holistic and Beauty is a small independent business and as such relies heavily on appointments being honoured by customers or adequate notice being given of any changes to appointments for its continued viability. Accordingly, the following applies:

For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours the cancellation fee is fifty percent of your treatment cost. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged the full amount of your treatment. The cancellation fee reflects any lost revenue as a result of turning other bookings away.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late and I can not do the full service in the remaining time, you will still be charged for the whole service.
